Looking for a great site to order your printer ink and toner from? I just made my first purchase from 123Inkjets, and it was an excellent value and easy shopping experience.

It was a refurbished cartridge, which is actually better on the environment than a new one, and at only half the price of a new cartridge! I happily continue to purchase toner cartridges from 123Inkjets. I had bought a spare black cartridge from 123InkJets for a Brother MFC-9420CN Multi-Function printer (I always buy them ahead of time before I actually need them), and a month or so after that an expensive part broke and it wouldn't print anymore. Instead of spending the $400 to replace the part on a several year old printer (that didn't cost much more than that part in the first place!), I put that money towards a new Okidata C5650 Color Duplexing Laser (awesome printer) instead, as the new Okidata was only $700 including an extra paper tray.

Anyway, back to 123Inkjets. So now what to do with the $70 cartridge we had for a non-working printer? No problem - 123Inkets has a 365 day money back guarantee. So for $6 in shipping it cost me to send it back, I was credited the full purchase price (the toner cartridge was unopened of course). The 123InkJets website states that it takes about 15 business days to get the credit, and they're not kidding. It seemed like a long time, but the credit finally showed up in Paypal for the full amount, right around the 15 business days that they said it would.

So my bottom line after buying from 123Inkjets for 5 months now is that I absolutely have no complaints whatsoever about 123InkJets.com!
